Privacy Policy

What Data We Collect

Mail Max collects very limited data. The only information we receive comes from standard server logs automatically generated by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. These logs contain:

  • Your IP address
  • Your browser's user-agent string (which tells us what browser and operating system you're using)
  • The date and time of your request

That's it. We don't ask you to create an account, fill out forms, or provide any personal information to use this site.

What We Don't Collect

We deliberately avoid collecting anything beyond the basics. Mail Max does not use:

  • Google Analytics or any other analytics service
  • Tracking cookies or fingerprinting scripts
  • Third-party advertising networks
  • Social media widgets, share buttons, or tracking pixels
  • Any form of user behavior tracking

We believe your visit to this site should be private by default. You won't see pop-ups asking you to accept cookies, because we don't use any that would require it.

How Long We Keep Logs

Server logs are automatically retained for 30 days, which is Cloudflare's standard default. After that, they are permanently deleted. We don't archive, analyze, or share these logs with anyone.

Privacy Questions

If you have any questions about this privacy policy or how we handle data, please reach out through our contact page. We're happy to clarify anything.
